A completely free course that covers all features of popular discord bot Sapphire

How it started

After uploading over 35 Sapphire tutorials, I realized there wasn’t a single YouTube video that explained all of Sapphire’s features in detail. So, I decided to kick off a new series. I eventually figured, why not call it a Sapphire course?

My plan was to upload each chapter as a separate video and, once all the chapters were done, combine them into one long video titled Sapphire Beginners Full Course.

I could have launched this as a paid course, each chapter takes a couple of days to script, record, edit, and publish, but I learned so much from other people’s free content on YouTube (content that could be worth a lot), so I decided to make this course completely free.

How is it going

As of now, I’ve uploaded 6 chapters, which add up to around 45 minutes of content. On average, each video gets about 150 views, with the highest reaching 500.

The view counts are low, but I don’t really mind because working on this course has significantly improved my video creation workflow. Even if no one ends up watching, I’m gaining valuable knowledge that will help me create even better videos in the future.

Also, since the channel isn’t monetized yet, my main focus is on other work that generates income. I continue to work on this course in my fre time, so the upload schedule isn’t consistent, but I’m doing my best.
