  Hetzner
Hetzner is a European-based hosting provider known for its affordable, high-performance cloud infrastructure and reliable customer support.
They offer Cloud Servers, Dedicated Servers, Load Balancers, Object Storage, GPU Servers, and more — everything you need to run apps, host websites, or learn about cloud computing.
How It Started
I first discovered Hetzner through Coolify, since Coolify Cloud is hosted on their infrastructure. Its creator, Andras, has used Hetzner for years, so I decided to compare it with other hosting providers.
It didn’t take long to see the difference. Hetzner offered better CPU, RAM, and storage specs for a much lower price ( 2vCPU, 4GB RAM, 40GB Storage, 20TB Outbound Traffic for €3.49/mo ). That’s when I decided to start my self-hosting journey with them.
How It’s Going
It’s been over a year and a half since I started using Hetzner, and I haven’t run into a single major issue.
Their support and social media teams (especially on X, formerly Twitter) are quick to respond — usually within 12 hours. The only time I needed help was to report a small UI bug, and they fixed it within an hour.
How the Sponsorship Started
When I began making Coolify tutorial videos on my second YouTube channel Airoflare, I was using a virtual machine on my Mac for servers. It worked, but it wasn’t ideal, viewers couldn’t easily follow the same setup in production.
So, I reached out to Hetzner to see if they could cover the infrastructure costs for my tutorials. They said yes even though I had fewer than 400 subscribers at the time.
Their support means I can focus on creating better, easier-to-follow tutorials without worrying about server expenses.
What I Use Hetzner For
This website runs on a Hetzner Cloud Server (CAX11). It also hosts all my documentation sites, Airoflare-related projects, analytics tools, and a few personal experiments — running smoothly for more than 344 days so far.

I’m still learning Linux servers and DevOps, so I also use Hetzner’s Load Balancers, Storage Box, and Object Storage to explore new things and improve my tutorials.
Bonus
If you don’t have a Hetzner account yet, you can use my referral link to get €20 in credits for your first month.
You can try Hetzner for free, I earn €10 in credits, and Hetzner gets a new customer — a simple win-win for everyone.
I’m genuinely grateful for Hetzner’s support, they make it possible for me to keep learning, building, and sharing what I learn to teach others.
